Swarupa is equipped with a Master’s in Computer Application from the prestigious Utkal University and in her current role she anchors operational matters with special emphasis on streamlining organizational finance and human resource development practices. She provides strategic direction to Finance and human resource verticals.
In her current role she keenly leads & participates in the development & nurturing of pro people culture within the organization. She ensures enrichment, exposure, and overall growth of its human capital to harness a shared sense of purpose and commitment to Pramila’s vision. She is also focused on benchmark financial practices that reflect transparency and commitment to regulatory compliance.
Swarupa has worked closely with the Management Team to develop strategies that enable Pramila Projects to stay ahead of the competition and provide the best possible services to its clients.
She takes keen interest in global economic matters and policies, fiscal scenarios and is a subject matter expert in organizational behavior and conflict management.
She follows a balanced lifestyle and practices yoga and enjoys music and cooking. She also takes keen interest in Indian classical dance forms.
With Pravash on her side, she is also a committed mother of two children.
