Bio
An alumnus of the prestigious NIT Warangal and XIM Bhubaneswar, Jishu is equipped with a combination of BTech. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. As the Chief Operating Officer, he anchors and provides strategic direction to the Commercial Operation of Pramila Projects.
Jishu joined the Pramila team in 2008 and started working with a team of passionately driven individuals who shared a vision of creating world- class infrastructure for its customers.
Since then, he has played a key role in streamlining organizational processes with a key emphasis on commercial management.
In his role he oversees and directs commercial processes, logistics and supply chain management, inventories and vendor management systems and database, streamlining bidding processes and key business negotiations.
His focus is to ensure the business remains competitive without compromising on quality, performance, and timeline commitments.
He specializes in Project Management, People Practices and Business Risks and Portfolio Management. He has also the OASME membership (Odisha association of small and medium enterprises).
His interest lies in Yoga, sports and travelling. Jishu has Susmita on his side as life partner and a proud father of a daughter.
As Chief Operating Officer of the company Jishu firmly believes true success for any organization is to make people understand that getting people what you want, gets them what they want and success is all about negotiating a win-win with whom you work.
